3D Printers

Customers may request a return for a 3D printer in case of a manufacturing defect, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Other Products

If any defect or issue is found in other products, customers must submit a request within 72 hours of receiving the product by contacting us via WhatsApp and explaining the issue.
