3. Arabic shall be the reference language for interpreting this agreement. If translated into another language, the Arabic version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy, to the extent permitted by law.
4. All prices displayed in the store may be updated from time to time. The prices applicable at order confirmation shall apply in accordance with the relevant terms.
5. Promotional offers and discounts are temporary and may be modified or discontinued by the store in accordance with the conditions announced for each offer.
6. All transactions between the store and its customers shall be conducted in good faith, with transparency, and in compliance with the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
