The Polymaker Fiberon™ PPS-CF10 is an ultra-performance 3D printing filament made from PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) reinforced with 10% carbon fiber, designed for the most demanding applications. It features a heat resistance exceeding 250 °C and impressive chemical resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, fuels, and solvents. It is also naturally flame retardant according to V0 UL94, offering excellent safety. It provides metal-like rigidity with exceptional compression resistance, outstanding dimensional stability, and is insensitive to moisture, which facilitates printing on open beds. It comes in a 1.75 mm diameter and 500 g weight per spool, with a recommended processing temperature of 310–350 °C and a bed temperature of 80–90 °C. Ideal applications include: aerospace, electronics, and mould making.
