eSUN PETG+ combines PLA's simplicity, ABS's toughness, and PC's clarity, making it ideal for high-performance mechanical and industrial applications. It features exceptional strength and toughness to handle heavy-duty mechanical jigs and structural housings without delamination. Benefits include low shrinkage for stable dimensions and clog-free extrusion, heat resistance to 70–75°C, and chemical & UV resilience. Certified by FDA, EU Food-Contact, and EN71-3 Toy Safety standards. Offers PC-like transparency with high-saturation, batch-stable colors. Mechanical properties: Tensile Strength 48±10 MPa (XY), Flexural Modulus 1993.64±300 MPa. Recommended printing parameters: extruder 230–250°C, bed 75–90°C, speed ≤250 mm/s, heated bed required, dry at 60°C for >8h. Diameter 1.75mm, net weight 1KG/spool.
