eSUN PETG-Matte Filament — Premium Matte Texture

eSUN PETG-Matte is a specialized filament developed from PETG. It retains PETG's high strength, high toughness, waterproof properties, and eco-friendly nature while offering a premium matte texture and excellent product stability. It delivers high cost-effectiveness and easy printing with stable performance — models resist warping and shrinkage, offer good dimensional stability, and are beginner-friendly. Excellent weather resistance makes it ideal for outdoor applications, resisting deformation in humid, hot, or harsh environments while maintaining long-term dimensional stability. The matte finish comes with a wide color palette, enabling versatile matching for different application themes. Eco-friendly and partially recyclable. Physical performance: Density 1.35 g/cm³, Melt Flow Index 17 g/10min (250°C/2.16kg), Heat Distortion Temperature 71.1°C. Mechanical properties: Tensile Strength 49.79 MPa (XY), Elongation at Break 13.49% (XY), Flexural Modulus 2405.17 MPa (XY), IZOD Impact Strength 2.29 kJ/m² (XY). Printing parameters: extruder 240–260°C, bed 60–70°C, fan speed 50–100%, printing speed <250 mm/s, heated bed required, drying required. Diameter 1.75mm, net weight 1KG/spool.
