eSUN PETG+HS Filament — High-Speed Printing
eSUN PETG+HS features a newly optimized PETG formula for faster and superior cooling solidification, fully compatible with high-speed printing. It optimizes material adhesion to the nozzle during printing, reducing the likelihood of poor print results. This cost-effective material is waterproof, chemical resistant, highly tough, and built for fast printing. Outstanding features include excellent printability, vibrant colors, and biodegradability/recyclability. Physical performance: Density 1.26 g/cm³, Melt Flow Index 24 g/10min (250°C/2.16kg), Heat Distortion Temperature 68°C. Mechanical properties: Tensile Strength 49.52 MPa (XY) / 39.6 MPa (Z), Elongation at Break 8% (XY), Flexural Modulus 1915.89 MPa (XY), IZOD Impact Strength 6.07 kJ/m² (XY). Printing parameters: extruder 220–260°C, bed 75–90°C, fan speed 100%, printing speed 40–300 mm/s, heated bed required, dry at 60°C for >8h. Diameter 1.75mm, net weight 1KG/spool.
